Trauma Informed Holistic Framework

Learning to tolerate and experience deep emotions is at the centre of healing

My work is underpinned by a holistic philosophy which is characterised by the belief that the parts of us as human beings are fundamentally interconnected and known only by reference to the whole.

With this understanding, I have developed a trauma informed holistic framework to support my clients that includes four core components - the nervous system, the mind, the body and the feminine.

Blending these together allows for an integrative approach where each component informs the others.
